Seville River Trip our Fastrack and Milebuilding Students are moored in Port Gelves - next trip starts 2nd April

One of our Fastrack Yachts is waiting for a minor repair in Port Gelves, Seville. Skipper Charlie has reported in, here are his comments as he waits for the tide on Monday morning. Encouraging to note that the students are making the most from their unexpected visit to Seville!

Hi all

A quick update. Life is very hard for us here ... not!! Gelves turns out to be a very happening little place. There is a great cafe on the quay; friendly, reasonable English, wifi and fantastic tapas. It is constantly busy with locals and visitors and stays open until you're ready to leave. Gelves also has a disproportionately high number of very attractive spanish women.  The menu del dia today is an enormous communal paella which we will be getting stuck into around 2pm. And the sun is out, and hot. Life could be worse!! Went into Seville for the night last night - live flamenco, more tapas and muchas vino tinto.

That's all for now. Hasta luego.
